Meraply is our premier brand reserved for only our best manufacturers in China. All Meraply panels use veneers that have been dried with a roller dryer and have a moisture content of 8-12%. The MC levels within the panel will be much more consistent than those panels that use veneer dried with a hot press. This makes it less likely to warp in extreme climates.

We have reduced the number of pieces and repairs allowed in the cores sheets. This will significantly reduce the amount of core voids and laps. All panels are 100% calibrated.

Our Meraply panels can come in either an E-1 or E-2 glue. The formaldehyde emissions for both glues are substantially below panels produced with a MR glue in China, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
